Depression Counseling
Few things can take away a person’s quality of life quite like depression. It can make it difficult to concentrate, be motivated, pay bills, be present in relationships, have friendships, eat healthily, get out of bed, and it can severely affect your sleep patterns.
Helping people who are struggling with
depression is extremely rewarding to me. I understand depression from a personal
level and know the benefit of walking through the steps of healing and helping
others in that journey.
